BCC Corporate takes care of payments for the institutions of the European Union in Brussels. In the past applying for, verifying and awarding credit cards was a time-consuming procedure. Kixx was confronted with the request to ease this procedure without losing control or safety. Moreover, the application to be developed had to ensure 100% transparency.

The application that Kixx delivered achieved this objective. It was completely integrated in the existing corporate website so that the tool was immediately available for employees.

Via an electronic application form that the applicant submits, the required documents are automatically drawn up and sent to the proper authorities. After verification, the credit card is made and sent to the applicant.
