Palmolive Passport, 60,000 members!

Palmolive requested that we increase consumer brand fidelity. The existing offline ‘Palmolive Passport’ programme was converted into an online community with games, coupons, a newsletter, health tips, etc.
An implemented member-get-member strategy resulted in this community increasing from 8,000 to 60,000 members in three years. Members that Palmolive can communicate with directly.
Browsbox was used as the technical platform. This platform enables us to make optimal use of the various aspects of e-marketing.
